The project aims at turning the existing beach into a public space merging the urban core and the sea in a perpendicularly and continue the seafront boulevard longitudinally. The new platform allows for the development of activities that revitalise the dilapidated old city center while the traces of the urban grid expand as beaches. Thus, providing a blunt solution for the sand drag and wind erosion problems on the existing beach.
