The insertion into the natural surroundings and the topography is taken as the main starting point, integrating the building in the existing and future urban plan, burying it in order to make the most out of the existing slope. We propose a vertical hall articulating the upper access from the road to Montseny’s Natural Park – cafeteria, shop, and workshops – and the lower access – exhibition and logistic space -. We seek the blend of architecture and museography capturing landscape in the interior of the building and extending them toward the remaining public access space of the lot. The exhibition is toured along pedestrian walkways offering different viewpoints: underground, ground level and aerial.
